Nat Hine, from Aquamist, came to our apartment to provide a professional opinion about stretching and cleaning options for an existing carpet that had become puckered in some places. We wanted an honest appraisal before deciding whether to try "fixing" it, or to replace it. Nat demonstrated his knowledge and experience and clearly expressed the pros and cons of trying to "fix" the carpet. There was no pressure, simply facts. The job, at our discretion, was completed thoroughly, professionally and with warm courtesy—an excellent experience for us.

My hot water tank flooded my downstairs. Aquamist came out on a Sunday, mopped up, and left 4 big fans and a dehumidifier. Daily, they checked the dryness of the carpet, underlay and walls. They also cleaned the affected areas when all was dry. I was very impressed by their courteous manner, clean-cut appearance, and kindness toward my pets.
